What is a market subscription?

 

The market subscription program is a hybrid Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program.

CSA programs have set items weekly in a set time of the year that requires you to pay upfront for the season. With the Market Subscription Program, you may pick the subscription amount that is suitable for you and pick up your share at any of the farmers' markets or drop off location we attend.

  • How do I become a Subscription Member?
    Get your Market Subscription Card at any Farmers Market we are selling. If you can’t make it to a market email us and we will send an invoice to load membership card.
  • Will my market subscription card ever expire?
    No, your market subscription card will never expire as long as you have a credit on your card.
  • Where can I use my card?
    You can use your market subscription card only at Grow with the Flow’s online store or at farmers market stand
  • What happens when I run out of credit?
    If you are running low on your credit or at zero balance you may reload with us only in person.
  • How much is on my card?

  • What happens if I lose my card?
    We will have your card on file.
  • What if missed my pick up at one of the farmers market that week but would like my share the same week?
    If you requested to pick up at Farmers Market and missed the pick up, contact us to arrange another pick-up time at a later Farmer's Market or there will be a $10 missed pick up fee where we will deliver directly to your home.
  • Can we be a pick up location?
    Yes, we need at least 15 people at one location to be a pick up location.
  • When does online ordering start?
    Online ordering starts Saturday morning and ends Tuesday night at 9pm, we harvest Wednesday and you will be able to pick up your order Thursday, Friday, or Saturday at your respective Farmers Market. Orders are first come first serve. If orders are out of stock that is all we had allotted for the week.
  • Are the prices on the online market stand different at your physical farmers market stand?
    No, Prices on online store is the same as our Farmers market stand.
  • Can I be a part of market subscription week-to-week?
    Yes but the Standard Veggie Box of 10 veggie unit items (value of 1 market share is $30 but you pay $25 and is not customizable). It is the weekly offering for the week.
  • Do I have to use my Market Subscription Card to order online?
    No, you may use your normal credit card at check out. Online store closes week of Thanksgiving, and Christmas and first week of the year.
  • Do you have home delivery?
    Yes, only local deliveries with in a 15 mile radius of Tucker Farmers Market. Deliveries will have a order minimum amount and with a small delivery fee and all delivery orders will be dropped off Saturday Afternoons.
